My job is in the R&D, so it directly influence the quality and the advancement of the technology in our company. With great R&D team, we manage to stay at the forefront of the technology and always be in the spirit of innovation and improvement.

Persistence defines the spirit of research and development because out of numerous challenges we suceed one time. We always study and test new knowledge, and we always look for new ways to improve. When we succeed that one time, we will be ahead of everyone and we are ready to make an impact.

A normal day would be filled with a lot of testing new theories, new designs, analyzing the capabilities of our technology and how to improve them. Then I would be in touch with the customers and getting to know their needs and goals.
