How do we live diversity?
An inclusive corporate culture helps everyone feel like they belong and creates a work environment where people can be themselves, speak up, share their ideas freely, and do their best work.
Through Conscious Leadership initiatives, we empower our employees and leaders to recognize and challenge potential biases and assumptions, so they can make fairer, more inclusive decisions.
We regularly share training recommendations to help our people deepen their understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), take ownership, and build a stronger culture of togetherness across our organization.
- Special Talks organized by our DEI Club in Malaysia,
- celebrating cultural diversity across teams in China, for example, organizing a Family Day in Shanghai
- uniting with a shared purpose and making a meaningful impact in Singapore (Social Impact Club),
- a dedicated Diversity Day in Poland
- our well-established Women Connect format in Austria,
to name just a few.
Global initiatives
These initiatives bring people together, encourage networking and exchange, and create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
To celebrate Diversity Day, employees in the Poznań office shared traditions, local specialties, and regional expressions from across Poland. The event highlighted the richness of regional diversity and concluded with a collaborative collage activity exploring both our differences and the values that unite us.
To us, appreciation means taking responsibility — for our people, our planet, as well as the communities and societies where we operate. Through local initiatives and social engagement, we’re helping build a better future.
How do we promote our initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion?
The focus of our internal DEI reporting is on gender, age, and nationality. We have also embedded diversity commitments into our HR processes to keep DEI at the heart of our decision-making.
To help more women grow into leadership roles, we have established targeted training and mentoring initiatives such as the Female Mentoring Program and the Women’s Leadership Forum.
