Eurovision Song Contest

#FeelTheVibe

Light from ams OSRAM has already proven its worth at several Eurovision Song Contests: Claypaky, OSRAM’s entertainment brand, produces several hundred luminaires, making a significant contribution to the lighting system that presents the artists in the best light.

But OSRAM technology does not only prove its worth in concert halls: In Tel Aviv, OSRAM illuminated an entire city district with all its world-renowned landmarks – including the Clock Tower, St. Peter's Church, and also the International Congress Center. In Lisbon, light in all colors emphasizes the architectural beauty of the “Praca do Comércio”, the Town Hall, “Sao Jorge” castle, and the “Cristo Rei” statue.

The highlight: Thanks to ams OSRAM Light Voting, spectators can decide in what colors they want the famous buildings to be illuminated. Using the Voting App, they can grade the songs accompanying the different show acts on a scale from one to twelve. Each scale represents an individual color in which the buildings are illuminated. The vibe can be felt throughout the city and can be experienced live by everyone.

“The Claypaky luminaires used here provide us with comprehensive lighting design opportunities such as Spot, Beam, Profile and Wash. Our powerful products ensure top lighting quality and offer a large spectrum of effects – simply ideal for creating amazing visual experiences.”
